Uses the gentle stroking and kneading of western massage to relax tight, sore muscles, counter the effects of stress, improve blood and lymph circulation, etc. Clients often experience a sense of deep relaxation, stress relief, and a sense of well being.
Integrated Manual Therapy
Especially for those dealing with a painful chronic condition. Combines
assessments from orthopedics, postural analysis, kinesiology to determine
the cause-source of your pain. Treatment plan is based on orthopedics,
medical massage, myoskeletal alignment, acupressure techniques to treat the
Cause, not just symptoms
Sports – Performance Massage
For the serious amateur to professional athlete , weekend warrior, and performers on field, court, and stage. Sports massage uses a variety of manual techniques designed to help your body feel more free and stronger in movement, whether sport or performance. It is particularly great for those with active lifestyles. Perfect for: event prep, post event recovery, training/maintenance, and injury rehab. Prices vary based on specific purposes.
Mother Massage
Designed to support mother and child through the many changes of the birthing year, from first trimester through postpartum. Treatments concentrate on areas of concern including low back pain, swollen legs and feet, difficulty breathing from high carry, etc. Adaptive positioning is used including: side-lying, additional bolsters-pillows, and if needed treatment in the massage chair.
Onsite Chair Massage At Your Location
Short duration massage in a specialized chair, without the need to remove any clothing. Can be used as reward for employees, teams or as part of your company wellness program, community of club event. Option to add additional providers.

New clients get 20% off the standard fee for the time booked. New clients are required to pre-pay to guarantee your appointment time. Late cancellation, no show rules and fees apply.
Birthday Special
Once a year, in your birthday month, you will be offered (via email) this special: get a free half-hour treatment. The offer includes the option to upgrade to a full-hour treatment for a reduced fee. You must bring a copy of the email to validate and get the free half hour or upgrade.
